Founded by Dr. Monica Murray, a U.S. Army veteran and accomplished business leader with lifetime sales over $10 million and a proven track record in strategic project execution. Our unique expertise spans a decade of experience in corporate strategy, project management, business consulting, real estate development, and government contracting, always with a focus on measurable impact.
Monica is credentialed with a Doctorate of Business Administration with a focus in Strategy & Innovation. She owns an MBA and professional certificates in Supply Chain Project Management and Construction Project Management. She is PMP-certified and credentialed by CITI in Human Research. Monica also has advanced digital marketing training and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Strategic Partner - Field Operations & Development
Darrell Murray, a US Army veteran bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in logistics, people leadership, strategic partnerships, and field operations, built through his career as a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned professional. His people-first leadership and expertise in operational systems, construction, and transportation logistics, and on-the-ground project oversight add critical strength to SPC’s development and business relationships.
Darrell acts as our Lead Real Estate Developer, trained by the University of Michigan. Darrell owns a BS in Business with a specialization in Management & Leadership from Capella University. He has received multiple medals from military service and various specialized training certifications in a variety of areas.
